Du United Press PARIS, Aug. 24.—European diplomacy is following closely the movements of Prince Carol of Rumania and wondering whether he will select Switzerland and Holland, for centuries the abode of political and religious exiles, or France as his future home. During the summer months the Prince, now legally separated from the mother of King Michael, has spent most of his time at Honyet and his new villa at Coq-sur-Mer, near Ostend, in Belgium. His difficulties with the British government, it is considered, has made his refuge in England virtually impossible.
