Remodel Your Property and Secure a Tenant Our investigations indicate that there were on July Ist, 6,000 vacant residences on streets which have water mains. About 1,000 of these properties would be classed as new or good modem dwellings. The remaining 5,000 of the vacant properties need remodeling, painting, overhauling, plumbing, etc. A remodeling program would make many of these properties revenue producers. Many owners, whose properties had become old and “vacant” have remodeled those properties and THEY ARE NOW OCCUPIED BY GOOD TENANTS. Indianapolis Water Cos.
