Here are this week’s prize-winning recipes of Times readers. Send directions for your favorite and newest dish to the recipe editor to com'pete for the weekly and daily dollar awards. Spanish Jello Salad One package lemon gelantine, one pint boiling water, one tablespoon ' vinegar, two or three pimentoes cut fine, one-half cup white cabbage ' cut fine, one cup minced celery, onehalf cup cucumber pickles cut fine, one-half teaspoon salt. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water, Bet aside and cool. Mix together ; other ingredients. Stir into jello when begins to thicken. Veal Sandwich Spread One cup cooked veal, half a cup l seeded raisins, six ripe olives, six ' sweet pickles, put through food chopper. Add enough mayonnaise dressing to spread well.
