July 17. 1928, when bids will be publicly opened and scheduled and should any bids be accepted, contracts awarded as soon thereafter as practicable, for the construction of certain items and for furnishing and delivering other items, as listed below, viz: Item I—Concrete resettling tank. Item 1-A—Sludge removal equipment. Item 2-A—Centrifugal water pump. Item 3—Clarified sewage conduit.
