Ind., June 29. *TOoss Stone, Greene County resident, is the third man to confeso a part in the slaying of Orville Wires here last Las ter. He was arrested a few days ago at Indianapolis after Robert Buchanan and Jean Steel, Bloomfield, has admitted roles in the tragedy. The trio went to Wires’ home. Stone said, and he knocked at a door, Buchanan being with him ■while Steele remained in a car near the house. According to Stone, Wires appeared and was shot down k by Buchanan. The trio then fled ft in the auto. Robbery had been m planned following a poker game at I the home, Stone confessed. 1 Separate statements from the three agree in detail, authorities announce. E<’j United Press MONTREAL, June 29.—Fraulein Thea Rasche, German aviatrix, will start in the Bellanca monoplane North Star fro St. Hubert airdrome here, July 2, on her proposed trans-Atlantic flight to Germany, she announced before leaving for New York. The German girl apparently was undaunted by the failure to take off Thursday morning, which she ascribed largely to soft ground at the Cap Dela Madeleine airport. Interviewed at the Windsor station, where she auid her companion, Bud Stillman, dined hastily, the aviatrix said her visit to New York was necessitated by the signing of several important papers in connection with her affairs.
