Throughout Mexico today the Federal Government was reported active against rebels and bandits with a series of executions near the capital city a probability. Twelve persons have been arrested as a result of two recent holdups on the Cuernavaca highway, a district that has been marked by bandit activities in the past few months, and it seemed likely eleven of those under arrest would be executed, probably today. THREE HURT AS BOILER BURSTS Locomotive Wrecked at Bloomington Yards. By Times Special BLOOMINGTON, Ind., April 20. —Three men are in a hospital here suffering from injuries received on Thursday when a Monon locomotive boiler exploded as the train entered the yards here. The injured are Engineer John Moore, Bloomington; Fireman Earl Wilson, Bedford, and Brakeman Paul Flynn, Mitchell. All are expected to recover. So terrific was the force of the explosion that the head of the boiler was blown a distance of 100 feet. Pieces of hot metal were scattered, setting fire to stubble in a field. One piece was shot through the roof of the home of Jacob Tidd, former city fireman. Low water is believed to have caused the explosion.
