ESTERLINE WITHDRAWS Drops Out of Representative Race to Support Others. Holding that a “sufficient number of satisfactory candidates” have filed their candidacies for the Republican nomination for State Representative from Marion County, Merrill B. Esterline today withdrew his name from the ticket. Esterline said he would “support whatever candidates may be indorsed by the City Manager League.”
