Johnny Hennessey of Indianapolis will take the courts to meet Ricardo Tapia. The 27-year-old Indiana star has been working himself into top form and Tapia was expected to provide little opposition to the American’s driving style of play. The second match of Friday will be between William (Big Bill) Tilden, United States captain, and Robert Kinsey. Kinsey is granted a slight chance of upsetting the ace of America’s tennisseers. Tilden and Jones probably will play in the doubles Saturday against Kinsey and Alfonso Unda. Should the Americans win both singles matches Friday and the doubles match Saturday, Sunday’s contests will be unnecessary, AMUSEMENTS
