Harold Sanford is director of the production. The 'round the world debating team of the University of Oregon engages Kent College of Law in a radio debate over WMAQ tonight at 10. The subject of the forensic tussle concerns the cancellation of foreign war debts by the United States. Votion radio listeners are to decide the outcome. The overture to “Romeo and Juliet.” by Tschaikowsky, based on the Shakespearian play, will open the program by the New York Symphony Orchestra, directed by Walter Damrosch during the RCA hour, which will be broadcast through stations associated with NBC Blue network at 7 tonight.
