Thirtytwo teams comprised in the starting field which thinned out in Monday and Tuesday competition at the Tomlinson Hall floor. Upsets featured Tuesday night’s program and two of the outstanding favorites in the lower bracket met defeat, the Indianapolis Ramblers, section champs for two years, losing to the Central “Y” team, 23 to 15, and the touted Y.
