Indiana, that the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of said District, at its regular meeting at 10 o’clock a. m. on the 21st day of February, 1928. in Room 103 City Hall, Indianapolis. Indiana, will consider and determine upon the matters contained in said Board's Resolution No. 144. duly adopted by said Board at its regular meeting on Feb. 2. 1928, which matters are as follows, viz: The expenditure in 1928 of (a) $16,050 for the purchase and installation of a steam turbine to replace a steanf turbine which exploded on Sept. 20. 1927, in the Board's power plant, and (b) $5,150 to repair the damage (other than damage to said exploded turbine) caused by satd explosion, and (c) $39,568.51 to pay certain bills of the Board contracted in 1927 and now unpaid: all of which expenditures will be made from the cash balance of $53,135.20 carried over by the Board from 1927 into 1928 and from *7.633.31 out of the Board’s 1928 revenues. Said Resolution No. 144, and a list of said unpaid bills, can be Inspected at the Board's office. Taxpayers . appearing at said hearing shall have a right to be heard thereon. After the Board has finally acted at said hearing, ten or more taxpayers in said Sanitary District who may feel aggrieved by the Board’s said action may appeal said action to the State Board of Tax Commissioners for final disposition, by filing a petition therefor with the County Auditor of Marion County, Indiana, within ten days after said final action by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners, and the State Board of Tax Commissioners will fix a date for hearing in Marion County.
