In Room 103 City Hall. Indianapolis, Indiana, will consider and determine upon the matters contained in said Board's Resolution No. 144. duly adopted by said Board at its regular meeting on Feb. 2. 1928, which matters are as follows, viz: The expenditure in 1928 of (al $16,050 for the purchase and installation of a steam turbine to replace a steam turbine which exploded on Sept. 20. 1927, in the Board's power plant, and lb) $5,150 to repair the damage (other than damage to said exploded turbine) caused by said explosion, and (c) $39,568 51 to pay certain bills of the Board contracted in 1927 and now unpaid: all of which expenditures will be made from the cash balance of $53,135.20 carried over bv the Board from 1927 into 1928 and from 57.633.31 out of the Board’s 1928 revenues.
