*TVALENT provided by the rural districts of Rush County, Indiana, will participate m “The Clodhoppers’ Jubilee,” broadcast by WLW, Cincinnati, at 7:30 tonight. Thii entertainment is a combination of the best features used during the Rush County-Purdue Short Course last week, when all world attendance records were broken. Milton Gardner will act as master of ceremonies. Others on the program are Dr. Peassey, baritone; Homer male quartette; Heath sisters, harmony team; Kepner and Brooks, entertainers: Smith and Linville, old-time music; Clarence Troyer, international corn king, and studio orchestra and tenor. Donizetti’s opera. “L’Eliser D'Amore” (Eixir of Love) will be presented by the National Grand Opera Ensemble tonight at 9:30 through the NBC Red network, from WEAF, New York. The Hotels Statlcr Company completed today the installation of a radio receiving set in every room of their seven hotels, making it possible for every Statler guest to have his choice of two carefully selected programs. The company will present tonight at 7 a radio program from each of the six cities in which their hotels are located, over the NBC Red network. Vincent Lopez, Ben Bcmie, Nick Lucas, A1 Jolson, Lee Sims, and other popular recording artists, will be featured through Brunswick records, on the Brunswick Hour of Music to be broadcast over WGN, Chicago, every Wednesday night beginning tonight at 8. That this program will be popular with radio listeners is obvious, for with the musical wealth of the Brunswick record catalog at their disposal, the program directors will be able to maintain an unusually high standard of entertainment. The last of the series of National School Band Concert nights will be broadcast at 7:10 tonight from WLS. Chicago.

The first dramatic broadcast sponsored by the Smith and Street Players, to be sent over the air from WOR, New York, at 7:30 tonight, will feature “Rogues’ Retreat,” from the story of John McCulley.
