PAIGE GROUP HOLDSMEETING Stalnaker, City Dealer, Host at Chicago Luncheon. BY SWEDE SWANSON Times Automobile Editor CHICAGO, Feb. 3.—One of the features of the National Auto Show Thursday was the luncheon and business meeting at the Palmer house given by the Graham Paige organization. The three Graham brothers, Ray A., Joseph B. and Robert C., attended and spoke to the large gathering of dealers. Knute Rockne, famous football coach of Notre Dame, also spoke and compared the requirements of team play with necessities of successful merchandising. w. E. Stalnaker, manager of the Graham-Paige organization in Indianapolis, was host. Fred Duesenberg of Indianapolis, is the new secretary-treasurer of the Five Hundred Club, an organization of old timers who have been affiliated with the automobile industry for at least ten years. Lloyd Maxwell of Chicago, is the club’s new president, and Gregory Flynn of the B. F. Goodrich Rubber Company. was named vice president. As the great Chicago show is drawing fast to a close, factory representatives and local dealers began to turn their attention to our show in Indianapolis, Feb. 13. Statistics show that United States weather forecasts are correct nine times out of ten.

Mozette was singing in the bay Club Royal, across the international border. After an "airplane courtship” of twenty days,- the couple were married in Nogales.
BARGES SINK; 8 DROWN Crew of Tug Watches, Helpless, as Crafts Go DownBy United Press NORFOLK, Va., Feb. 3.—Eight men drowned aboard two barges which broke from the tug Balrock off Barnegatt Light and sank in a gale Sunday night, the Balrock reported today. Men on the Balrock watched helpless while the barges, Catonsville and Aransas, sank. Capt. H. E. Twilley of Norfolk, commanded the Catonsville and Capt. Isaac Parker the Aransas. Names of the other six victims have not been learned.
