OUTSTANDING on the air tonight is the Philco presentation, Oscar Strauss’ opera, "The Chocolate Soldier,” directed by Harold Sanford, with Jessica Dragonette in the leading role. The opera will be heard in a tabloid version at 8 tonight. Stations in the chain are listed in Dial Twisters. The New York Symphony Orchestra, directed by Walter Damrosch, will include Joachim Raff's symphony, "Leonore” in the RCA program radiocast through the NBC Blue network at 7 tonight.
