I. U. EXTENSION BUILDING MOVED Improvements Planned on Bobbs-Merrill Structure. Many changes will be made to the old Bobbs-Merill building, moved from Vermont to E. Michigan St., to clear the space for the War Memorial Plaza, before the Indiana University extension department occupies it next fall, Dr. W. L. Bryan, president of the university, has announced. Second, third and fourth floors of the building will be converted into offices and classrooms. The first, fifth floors and a large acquired with the building will be leased. Rentals from these units together with money saved from present rental appropriations are expected to finance the purchase of the structure, projected over a period of from fifteen to twenty years. Modern in every respect, the building readily can be converted to use as the extension center due to not having any interior partitions. Former owners, under terms of the sale, will do the remodeling. *
