The first program will go on the air at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon and at 6:30 Sunday evening the band will broadcast its second program. Both programs will be broadcast from the Hotel Severin studio and will feature as soloists Frances Starkey, formerly of the Chicago Grand Opera Company and Jack Woodworth, tenor, late of the Field minstrels. One of the feature instruments with the band is the Calliaphone. This instrument is used for both solo and ensemble work and carries a distinctive tone different from any Instrument of the musical family.
