KILL RED ENVOY IN RAID 2fdl United Press HONG-KONG, Dec. 16.—Twentyone Russian and Chinese communists, including several bobbedhaired Chinese women and Soviet Vice Consul Hassisi, were killed as a result of a raid on the Soviet consulate at Canton, advices from there today said. Eight, including the vice consul, were killed following the raid Tuesday, and thirteen others were executed outside police headquarters Thursday afternoon.
