INDIANA WILL BE ACTIVE AT STOCK SHOW ■ " T Hoosier Exhibitors and Judges at International in Chicago. Bn Times Special CHICAGO. Nov. 25.—Every part of Indiana will be presented in the various departments of the International Livestock Exposition here opening Saturday to continue until Dec. 3. Additional entries from Indiana in the individual livestock classes include: H. A. Thompson, Cortland, ten Aberdeen - Angus; Howard Burkette, Bainbridge, one steer; Joseph Sturm, Clinton, one steer; Ortha Wyrick, Kempton, twelve Olydesdales, and William E. Moore, Rensselaer, one Duroc Jersey. Purdue university wilL again be represented by a team of students in the intercollegiate livestcok judging contest on the opening day. Purdue stood first in this competition in 1916 and 1920 and needs only one more victory to gain permanent possession of the handsome brorize trophy offered by the Union Stock Yard and Transit Company, Chicago. Prof. W. W. Smith will select five men from the judging squad composed of H. Vt Barnes, R. J. Batesman, C. I*, Chambers, T. R. Johnson, E. J. I/cVey and F. M. North. For National Honors The State champion team of junior livestock judges from, the La Porte County judging club of La Porte represented Indiana in the non-collegiate livestock judging contest at Chicago today as a curtainraiser to the international. This team is composed of James Bowell, La Porte; Russell Brown, New Buffalo; Milo Glassman, La Porte, and Merlin Porter (alternate), Kingsbury. Champion teams from about twenty-five States will compete for national honors in this contest. Prof. A. T. Wiancko of Purdue University will be one of the judges of com at the International Grain and Hay Show while Homer Dice, Crawfordsville, will serve as the official State representative in charge of Indiana entries in the grain classes. Juniors Entered Indiana juniors will take a leading part in the contests of the National Boys’ and Girls’ Club Congress which will be held in connection with the exposition. Lucile Daily, Martinsville, will exhibit in the cotton school dress and clothing outfit classes; Marie Holmes, Lyons, will take part in the style show; Emily and Marie Langston, Dublin, will exhibit canned mets and vegetables and Florence Brewei, Fairmount, canned fruit; Frances Reed. Veedersburg will show children’s garments and take part in the Moses leadership contest; and the
