FRATERNITY TO BANQUET Chicago Banker to Address Phi Kappa Psi Wednesday. Harold G. Townsend, trust officer of the Chicago Trust Company, will speak at the thirty-fourth annual Phi Kappa Psi State banquet at the Claypool Wednesday night. Alumni from over the State and members of the fraternity chapters at Indiana University, De Pauw and Purdue will attend. Townsend formerly was professor of law at the John Marshall Law School and national secretary of Phi Kappa Psi. Herman B. Gray is president of the local Fraternity Alumni Association, which is arranging the banquet.
