PLANES USED BY DRYSQUAD Rum Runners, Stills Are Spotted From Air. Bn Times Bvecial WASHINGTON,* Oct. 31. Although airplanes are proving themselves the best sort of spies for the prohibition bureau, no great fleet of them is planned for general use, Seymour Lowman, Assistant Secretary of Treasury, said today. The bureau hopes to seize more bootleggers’ planes from time to time and utilize them for Government service as fast as they can be released by the courts. Already the bureau has acquired six planes. Two seaplanes have been turned over to the coast guard service and will be used to track rum-runners along the Florida coast. Prohibition Commissioner Doran said that planes have proved effective wherever used. In Omaha re-
