SHE Circle Ensemble will be heard in a program broadcast from the Circle Theater at 6:30 today over WFBM, Indianapolis Power and Light Company station. Ed Resener .associate conductor of the Circle Concert Orchestra, has charge of the studio program Monday night. In almost fifteen years of professional music, though he still is only a young man, Resener has come to know several thousand musical compositions. Polka” from “E minor,” string quartet Smetana "Petite Bijouterie Valse” Bohm "En Bateua” from "Petite Suite”. .Debussy Selections—" The Fortunte Teller”..Herbert The soloist for the Baldwin hour of music, broadcast by WFBM, Indianapolis, 7:30 this evening, will be Marjorie Harrold, mezzo soprano, formerly of Elkhart, Miss Harrold received her training under Rudolph Magnus of Chicago.' She is also a graduate of Earlham College, department of music. She will sing two groups of songs, and a special popular request number. The Baldwin ensemble will furnish the orchestral numbers. The personnel of the ensemble is Julia Brown Bodney, violin; Cleon Colvin, violin; Marcena Campbell, cello; Marjorie Harrold, organ and Berta Miller Ruick, piano. Markley, Columbia City, Ind., a sophomore at Wittemberg College' here, has been elected president of (the Wittemberg band of forty pieces. This band will be a feature of the Wittenberg migration to Miami University next Saturday when 1,000 students and team followers will support the Wittenberg team in her campaign for the 1927 Buckeye championship. Raise $4,000 at Dedication Four thousand dollars was subscribed at dedicatory services at the new smith Valley United Brethren Church Sunday. Debt of $3,500 was removed and SSOO balance remained. The Rev. J. B. Parsons, White River conference superintendent, preached the sermon.
