EXTENSION OF BOULEVARDS IS BEFORE BOARD __________ \ Park Commission Discusses Projects; Delays Action for Further Parley. City park board had under consideration today a report on the proposed extension of the city’s boulevard system, which it received Thursday afternoon. Committee members who submitted the report were John E. Milnor, board president; A. W. Bray ton, consultant landscape architect; J. E. Perry, park engineer, and R. Walter Jarvis, park superintendent. On motion of M. E. Foley, board member, the report was filed with the secretary and formal consideration deferred until another meeting. Meanwhile, the board will discuss the project with the Chamber of Commerce civic affairs committee and other civic organizations. Report Favorable to Plan The committee report is favorable to enactment of the plan for extending Fall Creek Blvd. north along the fairground and Fall Creek
