Book, Princeton, a traveling salesman, was absolved of blame today in the accident Thursday that was fatal to Russell Hamilton, 9, who jumped from a school bus and ran in front of an automobile driven by Book. Authorities said the bus had not come to a full stop and the boy should not have jumped ctf when he did.
