The program began this morning, but the main part goes on the air at 8:30 p. m. and is expected to last something more than two hours. The events are: Carillon—The carillon in the Victory Tower of the Dominion Parliament Bldgs, will broadcast a selection of Canadian airs. Percival Price, carilloneur. Address—The Governor Gefterai of Canada. 7' Dramatic Reading—A Canadian Ode; Margaret Anglin. Vocal—Eva Gauthier in a selection of French-Canadian airs and folk songs. Address—W. L. The Silvertone hour oriental quartet will be heard between 7 and 8:15 p. m. at WLS, Chicago. A variety of offerings come through the air channels of the 'Red network stations.
