Five judges and two prosecuting attorneys for courts that came into feeing with the promulgation of the |,cts of 1927 were appointed formally by Governor Jackson Tusday. Appointment of Dr. Cecil J. Wayne, elected last year, will assume the presidency at the close of this session, succeeding J. B. Carr, Indianapolis. Delegates to the national convention were chosen and J. M. Hale, Mt. Vernon; Wallace T. Linn, Crawfordsville, and R. R. Gillis, Hammond, wye re-elected association representatives on the State dental examining board.

Clarence Myers, park board secretary, has assured Mr. Fixlt that the West Side Citizen's request that tennis courts be places in condition, will be complied with. South Grove and Michigan St., courts will be In condition by the week ending May 21, Myers said. The letter: "Dear Mr. Fixlt. I am one of the West Side tennis players.
