FARM LABOR IS SAID PLENTIFUL I Factories Running About 75 Per Cent of Normal. Considerable unemployment is noted over most of Indinna in the current report on industrial conditions of the United States Department of Labor, released today. There is even an ample supply of fnrm labor, which is unusual. At Indianapolis, factories are reported as running from 70 to 80 per cent of normal, with a shortage of skilled metal trades and building crafts labor reported. At Evansville a surplus of unskilled labor is reported, with building operations curtailed. In the Terre Haute-Cllnton district, employment at coal mines hae de-. creased and many miners are reported out of work. All factories, however, are running. RUCKER WILL SPEAK Credit Men to Hear Former City Corporation Counsel. Alvah J. Rucker, former city corporation counsel, will address tho dinner meeting of the Indianapolis Association of Credit Men tonight at the Chamber of Commerce.
