LOUISVILLE MAN GETS PRESIDENCY VanArsdel Chosen to Head Interstate Service Cos. E. Van Arsdel of Louisville will become president of the Interstate Public Service Company of Indiana, effective March 7, it was announced Monday night by Harry Reid, retiring president, at a dinner given In his honor at the Columbia Club. Company directors will formally elect VanArsdel at their meeting March 7, Reid said. Reid assumes the presidency of the National Electric Power Company, an Insull company operating electric, gas, Water and traction properties in twelve States. VanArsdel was with Reid five years as vice president of the Kentucky Utilities Company and came to Indianapolis in March, 1917, to join Reid with the interstate ns operating manager.
