REFORMERS AND , BANDITS FROLIC WITHSTILLMAN Movement for Disposing of Underworld Plans Entertainment. Bu Times Special NEW YORK, Jan. 14.—The Marshall Stillman movement, which Is 4cvoted to slow and sane eradication of the underworld, is putting on a boxing show early in December as one of the attractions of a dinner at the Commodore Hotel in New York. Prominent gun-men, reformed kill - ers, and all manner of interesting folk are present at these Marshall Stillman dinners, and sometimes they are persuaded to talk enlighteningly of their early professions. The worthy cause, however, needs cash and publicity, and so has decided to put on “lively bouts’’ before and after dinner.
