Dec. 21.—Justice Jennings Bailey touay took under advisement for two days a triple attack upon validity of indictments charging former Secretary of the Interior Albert B. Fall and Harry Sinclair, oil magnate, with con epiracy to defraud the Government In the Teapot Dome Oil lease. Bailey announced he would give a decision Thursday morning and directed the two defendants to be present for arraignment if the motions to quash the indictments ai;e denied. Three defense attorneys spoke in, support of the motions, charging the Senate usurped executive power when It ordered special prosecution of the cases groiwng out of the Senate oil investigation of 1923-24. Forces Kisses Upon Four; Faces Prison Bv United Press FT. CROOK, Neb., Dec. 21.—William W. Bullard, private In the 17th Infantry, faces fifteen years’ Imprisonment and dishonorable discharge from the service because he forcibly kissed four Bellevue College co-eds Nov. 28. A court-martial found Bullard guilty Monday night. Saturday, his companions, O'Dell Malone and Olln Shafer, wre sentenced to ten years each on similar charges. Prosecution witnesses told that Bullard dragged a girl student from the steps of a street car and forced his kisses upon her.
