Miles, State attorney for the Indiana Anti-Saloon League, planned today to write prosecutors over the State advising them to alter their search warrants to conform more closely with statuory requiremens. Legality of a warrant used by Mishawaka police in a liquor raid was attacked In court here Tuesday, resulting in dismissal of a case against August Speybroock, whose home was invaded. Miles, who took part in the trial, conferred with Judge Cyrus E. Pattee and his announcement that ho would write prosecutors over the State followed. I.—A legal battle over where Guy Pritchard, soldier, was killed looms In the trial of David Orr and Jacob Ratcliffe, prominent Tipton County tarmers, charged with the soldiers' murder. Orr and Ratcliffe were indicted by the grand Jury at Kokomo on grounds that the alleged murder was committed in Howard County and that the body was taken to Carmel in an auto and thrown out. Defense attorneys say they have proof Pritchard met Ills death in Hamilton County. If this is true, charges against the farmers at Kokomo may be quashed and thq grand Jury may be asked to investigate.
