SOVIET HAS FUR TAX Ors? ' Per Cent Revenue to Cut Home Use. */?!/ United Press MOSCOW, Nov. 19.—Russian furs may soon be cheaper in America than in the land where they grow. The Soviet Government has ordered a tax of 50 prt- cent on the retail price of furs sold in Russia, to check the home consumption of fine furs and develop an increased export trade. Ermine, sable, white fox, chincilla, black and gray fox, monkey fur, seal, astrakhan and unborn lamb are the pelts to which the new and high tax is applied, by order of the Supreme Economic Council. x TO DEDICATE CEMETERY Prince of Wales to Officiate at Soldier Burial Grounds. in United Press JERUSALEM, Nov. 19.—0n the slope of Mt.
