AUTHORITY UPON IBSEN AND DRAMA WILL BROADCAST Orchestra, Pianist and Others on Times Program By Walter D. Hickman An orchestra liked by radio listeners, an authority upon Ibsen and the drama, a novelty organization known as the Ramblers, a pianist liked by all who have heard her and a male trio in songs of the hour, will be among the features on The Indianapolis Times radio program over WFBM, Merchants Heat and Light Company, from the Severin, Friday night. It is with pleasure that The Times has the opportunity to present in a short talk a noted authority on the drama and Ibsen. This authority is Clayton Hamilton, who will speak on "lbsen and His Influences on the Modern Drama." Ibsen Play Here The appearance of Hamilton is made possible through the courtesy of A. F. Miller, and the management of "Ghosts,” the Ibsen play in which Mrs. Minnie Maddern Fiske will be seen at the Murat for three days starting Thanksgiving day matinee. Terrace Orchestra will make another one of their welcomed appearances on a Times' program. De Sautelle and his orchestra will open soon a dance engagement at Haddon Hall. “The Ramblers” Paddie Fiume and Barney Galbreath, harmonica, ukulele and vocal artists, will be presented under the title of “The Ramblers” as they are known on the vaudeville stage. These two will feature a brand new song called "The Crepe on the Old Cabin Door." It was composed by two local men, Floyd Thompson of the Colonial Theater orchestra and J. E. Guernsey of the Lyric Music Shop. Miss Frances McConnell, one of the favorites at the piano, will give two piano groups. And as a surprise feature there will be a male trio, the Danzon Trio. So tune in at 9:30 Friday night, hear Carl Fohi announce Hamilton and then be set for another interesting Times radio program. A Baldwin Grand will be used in all the musical numbers. WALES GETS AMUSEMENT American Couple Sends Prince Odd Telegram. LONDON, Nov. 18.—The Prince of Wales is amused by a recent telegram from an American couple about to visit Europe. It read: Mrs. ---- and self will be honored if you will dine with us on our visit to London next month. Name your company and date.” One of the Prince's friends suggested that the sender might be related to the man who rushed up to the Prince in New York saying, "Say, King, my name’s King, too.” His Royal Highness is quite unaware of the identity of his would-be host.
