MEMBERS NAMED ON BUDGETGROUP Personnel of Committee Announced by Governor. Personnel of the new State budget fcommtttee, which supplants the old legislative finance committee, was announced today by Governor JackBon. One member of the old committee, Senator Thurman A. Gottschalk of Berne, a Democrat, was appointed to the new body. New members of the committee are: State Senator Luther Draper of Spiceland, a Republican: Representative Samuel J. Farrell of Hartford City, Republican, and Representative Addison C. Drake"of Fairbanks, Democrat. Lawrence F. Orr, chief examiner of the' State board of accounts, is a member of the committee ex officio and will serve as its secretary. The new committee, which serves until the next general election, has authority to approve salaries and study budget requests.

NEW BISHOP TO SPEAK Recently Elected Episcopalian Dignitary Will Arrive Here Friday. Elevated to the high office of bishop at the general convention of the church at New Orleans some time ago, the Rt. Rev. John Gardner Murray, D. D„ will visit Indianapolis Friday for the first time since that session. He will be here for three days in connection with affairs of the Episcopal church in the Indianapolis diocese. A dinner in the bishop's honor will be held by the church club in the new Chamber of Commerce building Friday evening, following which the bishop will deliver an address. A joint session of all Episcopal congregations and choirs in Indianapolis and vicinity will be held in the Circle Theater Sunday.
