FRENCH PRESS ELATED Bv United Preen PARIS, Nov. 6.—The French press, obviously elated at the “wet” victories in America’s elections, is predicting that It is only a question of time now before prohibition is abolished in the United States. HEALTH CAME TO KIM 3 YEARS AGO; CREDITS KONJQLA Free of Stomach Trouble Since 1923, States Indianapolis Man.

brated IConjola medicine, which has been producing so much relief throughout this vicinity in cases of stomach, liver, kidney and bowel disorders. "Early in 1921 I developed stomeh trouble,” Mr. Howard's statement reads. "I began to buy a few little things that I thought would give me relief. I became worse, until finally I couldn’t hold a thing on my stomach. Every bite I ate made me feel sick. At night I would have to get out of bed and walk the floor, and my stomach would be so bloated that I thought It would burst. My condition was so bad that a mere drink of water would come back up into my throat like boiling lye. I would burn from the pit of my stomach to my mouth. Pains dashed around my heart, hot flashes, and cold chills would come over me, and black spots would appear before my eyes. I had severe, sick, dizzy headaches, a dark, sallow complexion and large, baggy circles under my eyes. “I was a sufferer since the early months of 1921 until about the middle of 1923. My weight dropped from 165 pounds to 122 pounds. I was living in Terre Haute, Ihd., and my wife went to the Buntin Pharmacy in that city and got Konjola. I didn’t think it would help me, because I had already taken medicine upon medicine. By the time I had taken half a bottle of this Konjola, I felt like I was being relieved. I continued, taking 8 bottles in all, and every trace of my old trouble disappeared. That was three years ago, and I can truthfully swear that not a single trace of my old troubles have returned. My weight has increased from 182 pounds to 198 pounds since my stomach trouble was ended. *‘l enjoy the best of health and feel better than I ever did in my life. I am giving this statement purely because I feel that I owe it to my fellow-men." The above statement was sworn to before Notary Public Helen B. ©teams of Indianapolis, and is in support of the confidence and faith Indlhnapolis people have In the work of Konjola. This medicine is being Introduced and sold through tIW Hook Ehmg Stores of this city. The Konjola Man himself is located at Hook's Drug Store, Pennsylvania and Market Sts., where he is meeting the local public and introducing and explaining the merits •*” — a^vertisenient.

Miss Helen Clements feeding coins Into money-counting machine.
Money machines are not always human. Here’s one that takes in bunches of dollars, nickels and quarters, separates them and deposits them in their correct bags, never getting a nickel In the dime hag or making any kind of mistake. The machine, used at the Indiana Bell Telephone Company, local office, is a comparatively new invention and Is one of three In use in Indiana. Two persons are required to operate it. Miss Helen Clements, of the cashier’s office, says: “It’s easy to count money this way." About 2,500 boxes are brought in from local pay stations each month. These are emptied into an aluminum tray-shelf at the side of the ma-

chine. Electricity is turned on and the coins, pushed into a revolving wheel, automatically are separated by falling into holes that correspond to their respective sizes. They are whisked around, finally falling into chutes that lead to canvas bags, but not before they automatically are counted by the machine, v’hich has three registers, in plain view of the operators. The sums going into each bag and the number of coins deposited are counted. * “The accuracy of the money-count-ing machine safeguards our subscribers by eliminating any possible mistakes,” remarked Charles K. McDowell, cashier of the telephone company.
