32 VOTING PUCE SHIFTS ARE MADE Most Numerous in Fourth Ward. Thirty-two changes In the location of voting places for the election Tuesday were announced Thursday by Charles O. Sutton, president of the board of county commissioners. Reasons for the alterations in •locations, included decisions of property owners not to maintain the polls and the desire for more central locations in tfye precincts. Two changes were announced in the First ward, eleven in the Fourth, one in the Eighth, six in the Ninth, one each in the Tenth, Twelfth and Fifteenth, one in Way fife Township outride the city limits and’ two in Warren Township outside the corporation boundaries. Bw netted -Press TOKIO, Oct. 29. —Passengers aboard the 13,402-ton liner Temyo Maru, aground off Yoka Hama, were In no danger today and It Is expected that the vessel would be refloated shortly, according to word received here. The vessel went aground Thursday, and It was necessary to remove some of her cargo. The sea was calm today and all passengers remained .aboard, according to the company. NEW PASTOR INSTALLED Formal Commony Held at First Presbyterian Church. In the presence of the congregation and his fellow ministers, the Rev. George Arthur Frantz was formally installed as pastor of the First Presbyterian Church Thursday night. *he Rev. Walter J. Hogue of York, a., gave' the charge and the Rev. Matthias L. Haines, pastor -emeritus of the church, assisted. Dr. Frantz comes- to Indianapolis from Van Wert, Ohio. A reception for him and Mrs. Frantz will be given in the church parlors the eveninlng of Nov. 6.
