ORDERS SHOWING OF DUEL PAPER Court Calls Upon Three Suit Defendants. Thomas H. Adams, Vincennes, Ind., publisher; Court Asher, former henchman of D. C. Stephenson and William O. Feudner, secretary of the Indiana Republican Editorial Association, have been ordered by Judge James M. Leathers of Superior Court One to produce the original “contract letter” between Mayor Duvall and Stephenson. The order was issued Thursday by the court on motion of attorneys for Duvall who has filed a million dollar suit alleging conspiracy to slander against the three persons above named and other publishers and newspapers, including The Indianapolis Times.
