REPUBLICANS CUT WAR DEBT, TAXES, * OFFICIAL ASSERTS Schortemeier at Meeting, Says Foreign Nations Must Pay. Under the present Republican administration the World War debt and taxes have been reduced, asserted Frederick F. Schortemeier, secretary of State, in a Fourth ward meeting Monday night at No. 14 fire station. Kenwood and Thirtieth Sts. Schortemeier declared that all foreign indebtedness must be paid back to the United States. “Whenever a party doesn't do the work of the people then it isn’t worthy of support," Schortemeier said. He urged all voters to vote for whomever they thought best for their county, State and Nation. Cites Principles Schortemeier cited the principles of the Republican and Democratic parties and asserted that ‘‘l think a good deal more of a Democrat than
