"NORWEGIANS ARE SPECULATING ON 9BRIDE FOR PRINCE Two Daughters of Swedish Royalty Considered Possibilities. Hu Lnitcd Prcns OSLO. Oct. I.—Norway’s royalty and smart social set is much interested this full in the matrimonial in tentions of Crown Prince Olav, who is one of the most dashing and handsome of Europe's eligible princes Prince Olav was 24 last July. Everyone hopes that before long he will choose a bride, but Just whom he will choose is a matter that is subject for much speculation in Nor \vay. , 1 Visit Is Disappointment When the Swedish Prince Carl, a son of the late King Oscar II of Sweden, came to Norway last autumn with his two daughters, it was believed that one of these princesses would be chosen. This speculation was given added impetus when the Crown Prince had himself photographed In full uniform with all his orders on his breast. Photographing of members of the royal family is very uncommon in Norway. Hopes were wrecked when Princp Carl and Princess Ingeborg, King sister, returned home with Hur daughters unbetrothed. Many were again certain that the engagement would be announced, but there was another disappointment. After eight days’ stay, Carl, Ingeborg and all three daughters left for home, anything happening. Rumor now asserts that these visits were merely intended to conceal a not confirmed plan, which is said to be an alliance between the Norwegian Crown Prince and the Swedish Crftwn Prince’s daughter Ingrid, a young and beaut.ful princess. Prince Is Popular Crown Prince Olav is very populat in Norway. He is expert in ski-ing, rowing and sailing. He will be the first Norwegian king after the lapse of 500 years, who will speak the unadulterated Norwegian language. In Norway it would be hailed with unmixed satisfaction if he should choose a Swedish princess as his consort. It would further strengthen the good relations existing between Norway, Sweden anrl Denmark. His father, King Haakon VII, who in 1905, was elected king of by a plebescite of the Norwegian people, is son of the late king of Denmark, Frederick VIII. Better Than In Years
A BOVE is a recent picture of Mrs. Henry Rick, who lives on Gravois Avenue, in St Louis, Mo. Mrs. Rick says: "I was very much run-down and my health was giving way. This alarmed me, because, after trying several things, I was no better. "I suffered with bad headaches, and often had backache until I would have to lie down, as I was so weak. I could not stand for long on feet. ' One day Cardui was recommended to me as a reliable tonic, so I thought I would get a bottle and try it This I did, and I was very much surprised to find myself improving in just a short time. I began to pick up almost at once. I gained some in weight but more in strength. My health began to mend steadily. I was delighted with the results, so I continued taking Cardui for some months and my general health continued to improve until I was feeling like my former self. In fact, I was better than I had been in years.” Take Cardui. Sold by all druggists.

More than half of the late King Aama's liabilities were due to advances from the National Treasury made to himself at his own authorization.
