CHARGE ALLEGED 1 LABORSLUGGER Said to Have Killed Teaming Contractor. 'on United Press CHICAGO, Sept. 13.—After a sixweeks’ search, Roy Tagney, 33, alleged hoodltim and labor slugger, was under arrest here today.
