DETOURS PASSING, STATE HIGHWAY BULLETINSHOWS Intensive Construction Is Bringing Results Reports on Condition. Results of intensive construction work undertaken this season are beginning to show, it was pointed out today in the State highway commission's traffic bulletin. In the last few days detours and run-arounds had been removed as .follows: Bridge on Rd. 10 opened one mile south of Sullivan: 4-mile detour lifted on Rd. 11, because of paving repaired south of Alexandria and new bridges completed one mile south of Albion and one and one-half miles
