The new building, which will be known as School 84, is to be erected it Fifty-Seventh St. and Broadway, will cost $150,000. B Not long ago the board was considering a summer building and repair program with aggregate expenditures of approximately $700,-000.-This later was sliced to a figure ti> cover bare necessities. # The largest expenditure in the reduced building program Is an addition of eight classrooms and an auditorium at School 66, 604 E.
