SNEPP SENTENCED * TO SM PRISON Stelbyville Man Guilty of Still Opertaion. WaltVr Snepp of Shqlbyville, Ind., was fined SIOO and costs and sentenced 'onp to five yeafs in Indiana State Prison on charge of operating a still by Special Judge John W. Holtzman in Crlptinal <?o\irt. The Jury which received Snepp’s case Wednesday afternoon, deliberated about three hours. Snepp Was also charged with being an habitual, criminal, but the jury failed to find him guilty of that ' • charge, h’he State, which sought to prove; had been convicted, twice before of felonies, hdped to spnd him to prison for life upon his thii i lf*“bonvietion.
