Randolph County today bdeams the Sunday blue law battle ground of Indiana with the filing of 120 affidavits of Sabbath desecration against men and residents. This city voted down the strict application of the law when Mayor acquitted Frank Cummings, who, his... counsel admitted, sold a 5-cent cigar to two Farmland men, who brought all the affidavits. Charges against twenty-two other Winchester business men were then dropped by the State's attorney.
