FIXIT: Would you mind folding out what is wrong with the grading machine? I wrote you in March and asked you to see that Beecher St. got graded and oiled. There is also a lot full of weeds next to 320 Beecher. I would like to see them cut down. MRS. P. H. The street was graded early in June, according to the street superintendent’s department. The board of health will see that the weeds are cut. DEAR MR. FIXIT: How is the city’s tax rate determined. TAXPAYER. Heads of the various departments submit budgets to the city controller.
