V Three representatives of the National Board of Underwriters now are conducting a survey. The city has a Class 2 rating. There is now no city in Class 1. y The national surveyors have been busy for several weeks testing the city’s fire department fadUities. Other factors involved are: Water suptply and paessure, weather conditions, building restrictions, traffic ordinances, width of streets, a survey whether the city is predominantly a manufacturing or agricultural center, and other factors.
