UNEMPLOYED MAN TAKESOI LIFE Sister Finds F. W. Lentz Hanging in Room. Coroner Paul F. Robinson said despondency over failure of find work probably was the motive fob the suicide of Frank W. Lentz, 59, of 39 Virginia Ave., found dead in his room late Thursday. His sister, Mrs. Emma Felton, 1717 E Twenty-Third St., told police she entered the room and found the body hanging by a rope tied to a window casing. Dalton Clark, 647 Indianola Ave., summoned by Mrs. Felton, cut the body down. Dr. Robinson said Lentz had been dead about eight hours. Mrs. Felton said he has been out of work three months and worried considerably. No funeral arrangements have been made. BANDIT BODY SENT EAST Grief Stricken Widow Released So She Can Accompany Remains. Bv United Press ANDERSON, Ind., June 11.—Accompanied by his grief stricken widow, the body of Edward Garner, youthful bandit, was to be taken today to the home of his parents in Greencastle, Pa., for burial. Garner chose death by suicide in preference to lifelong imprisonment for the murder of Edward Clay, Anderson policeman. Garner’s 20-year-old wife, held as an accomplice in some of his robberies, was released on her own recognizance so that she could accompany the body back to his old home. * TO OPEN CITY POOLS Will Re Ready for' Children Saturday, Board Action Assures. GUESTS AT SANATORIUM Commissioner Visits Sunnyside Hospital—Submits Plans Sooii. The three Marion county commissioners were guests today of Dr. H. S. Hatch, superintendent, at Sunnyside Tuberculosis Sanatarium, near Oaklandon, northeast of the city. All of the county institutions have been visited within the past few days by the commissioners, said Commissioner Cassius L. Hogle. Plans and specifidations for proposed improvements at Sunnyside to cost approximately $350,000 will be submitted to the commissioners within a few clays.
