SHELBY COUNTY IN ON TRIAL Jury Will Hear Habitual Criminal Charge. "Walter Snepp of Shelbyville, charged with being a habitual criminal, went on trial in Criminal Court today before a jury which will determine whether he will be imprisoned for life. Snepp was granted a change of venue from Shelby County Circuit Court after be was arrested March 13 on an affidavit sworn by Joseph N. Kirk of Shelbyville charging Snepp with unlawful possession and use of a still and being a habitual criminal. If Prosecutor William H. Remy succeeds in convicting Snepp of hav ing unlawful possession of a still, under the Indiana statutes Snepp can be imprisoned for life, since that will make the third felony for which he has been convicted, it is said. Remy said he would prosecute the case as vigorously as if it originated in Marion County.

JOHNSTON’S UNUSUALLY GOOD 100% PURE PAINT Contains only pure carbonate of Lead, pure Zinc Oxide and Johnston’s pure REFINED Linseed Oil. Japan Dryer in paint is necessary ONLY to dry the impurities contained in Linseed Oil. UNUSUALLY GOOD, contains no impurities. See formula on container. Today, as never before, the buyer of paint demands and deserves something more and something better than the paints which have been offered in the past. He also demands that‘the paint, which comes to him in a sealed container, is of high quality; that the mixing of the materials used be done scientifically and intelligently, so as to insure a paint which will beautify, be waterproof, protect and preserve the surface to which it is applied—and leave the surface after its many years of service in a suitable condition for repainting. The R. F. Johnston Paint Company, knowing the present day paint requirements, produced the brand now known as Unusually Good; it is all the name implies and more; it will not only meet the present day paint, requirements, but will exceed your expectation in durability and wear. If absolute purity and correct proportioning, perfect grinding and mixing will make good paint, then JOHNSTON’S UNUSUALLY GOOD PAINT is, to the best of our knowledge, the first really pure paint which has been offered for general sale in this or any other country.
