RULING ON BATHROOMS Injunction Granted Says City Code Should Prevail. An injunction preventing the city building department from rescinding a permit for erection of a $250,009 apartment building at 3015 N. Meridian St„ has been granted by Judge Sidney S. Miller of Superior Court Three. Ruling holds that provisions of the new city building code will prevail over the State housing law in construction of bathrooms of the structure.
