U. S. BANK CALL OUT Ask Condition of Business as of April 12. Bv United Press WASHINGTON, April 15—The controller of tho currency today Is sued a call for the condition of national banks as of April 12. This Is the first bank call since that for condition as of Dec. 31. STATE BANKS AFFECTED Barr Asks Declarations Concurrently With U. S. Declarations as to condition of Indiana’s State banks, private banks and trust companies on April 12 were asked today by State Bank Commissioner Thomas D. Barr, concurrently with the national bank call.
